products — & live demo’s

Welcome to our stack of flagship products. If you’re curious, feel free to trial any demos in the links provided.

agents

  • Autonomous Agents, or Agents for short, are virtual assistants designed to handle complex tasks on your behalf.

Agents can be programmed to think, reason, and take action independently i.e. get things done, without needing constant input. They can schedule meetings, facilitate reviews, qualify leads, manage customer follow-ups, etc.

  • ALEX is an agent designed to answer business-related questions, facilitate and manage bookings on behalf of the user. We currently have this first version of ALEX deployed throughout our own platforms.

chatbots

  • Chatbots are customer support assistants. Unlike autonomous agents, they solely handle general inquiries and FAQs — they are not programmed to handle additional tasks like setting appointments, qualifying leads, making recommendations, facilitating guest reviews, etc.

Chatbots are a great low-cost option that can be deployed across websites and social handles to manage your customer support.

During a build, you get to dictate the chatbots purpose and persona. To demonstrate, we’ve created CARL and CORAL — two chatbots with the same purpose but different personas. Check them out below.

  • CARL is programmed to be calm and professional. CARL is a customer support chatbot designed to handle general FAQs for the fictional company Lagoon Brew Cafe. Click here to test the demo out for yourself.

  • CORAL is programmed to be fun, witty and engaging — to even crack jokes.

CORAL is a customer support chatbot that can handle general FAQs for the fictional company TurtleTime Adventures. Click here to test the demo out for yourself.

  • Pricing structure as follows:

    • Set up fee $500 NZD

    • Monthly subscription for up to 100 chats/month, includes monitoring and performance $50 NZD

  • An AI voice agent is capable of using voice recognition to interact with users.

Similar to text-based agents, voice-based agents can handle general inquiries and additional tasks e.g. handling reservations, meeting requests, etc.

In real-world application, AI voice agents are used in: offices as receptionists, restaurants for reservations, dental clinics for appointment settings, businesses as lead qualifiers.

  • Just like chatbots, a voice agents persona can be controlled during the set up. VICKY (formerly known as SOPHIE from our demo video) was created for the fictional Coconut Restaurant. VICKY is programmed to be friendly, helpful, answer any questions a user may have, and manage reservations.
